This is the moment a mother deer came to her baby’s rescue after it got stuck in the middle of a highway.
The scene was captured on camera by a driver in Washington state and it shows the mother walking towards her fawn on a highway in Port Orchard.
The baby was lying down on her stomach when the mother approached it and looks like it said ‘c’mon Bambi!’
The fawn looks like it is frozen with fear before its mother approaches it and gives it a little nudge, ‘c’mon Bambi.’
Then the baby slowly stands up and waddles off with its mother toward safety.
Jessie Larson, the person who took the video said she turned off the car engine to avoid frightening the animals.
