Owl Tries To Intimidate A Family Cat By Showing How Big It Is (Video)

Everyone loves owls, don’t they? I mean it’s hard not to love them. They are the most mysterious yet adorable birds out there.

Most times we spot an owl, they look cute and innocent, usually perched on a branch observing their surroundings, or letting of their famous ‘whoooo.’

When they are scared, they will often stand their ground and try to intimidate back, rather than running off. Here’s a video of a cat trying to scare off a cat:

Owls aren’t always as innocent as they may seem, and we often forget they are in fact birds of prey. They are good hunters and live on a diet of mice, insects, rats and even hares. Some are known to hunt fish!

It’s not a surprise they’re such good hunters, they are silent when hunting and have really good hearing, as well as night vision. So many of its prey don’t stand a chance.

In this video, it looks like the family cat almost got its but-kicked by the owl. They really don’t look like someone to mess with!

Owls do often resemble cute, lovable, harmless creatures.

So we forget that they can in fact be pretty terrifying when they need to, just look and this little angry ball of fluff.
