This is the incredible moment captured on camera of a lion cub lets out “its first roar”
Wildlife photographer and local guide Paul Mahagi captured the shot while lurking in a nearby bush at the Serengeti National Park.
“The cub is just a few days old,” Mahagi told news agency SWNS. “It was his first big roar.”
Fans of Disney’s The Lion King movie will surely be making comparisons to baby Simba’s practice roars.
“I posted the picture online and everyone said it looks like Simba from the Lion King.”
“I was in the bushes when I took it. I’m always hunting for the best photos.”
Mahagi, who was 300ft away at the time of the photo managed to capture a beautiful shot of the cub with its mother too.
