Security Guard Praised For Protecting Dog From Rain With An Umbrella

This is the charming moment a security guard holds up an umbrella for a dog sitting outside a supermarket in the rain.

The picture was shared online by an onlooker and went viral, with netizens everywhere thanking the security guard, Ethan Dearman

The caption on the image said: “Shout out to this @Morrisons security man keeping this good boy dry. He said ‘well you never know how dogs feel about the rain,'”

The dog, who was identified as Freddie, and his human, David Cherry, saw the viral image on the net and were quick to respond.

On Twitter, he wrote, “Thanks to security man @dearmanethan for putting the umbrella over Freddie when it started to rain! So kind! He’s always so nice to my brother Stuart, my Dad, and our Freddie!”.

He also shared the adorable photo above showing Freddie when he was only a puppy.

“Our dog Freddie has went viral after kind security man put up his umbrella for Freddie when it started raining at the Morrisons near my parents house,” David wrote on another tweet.

“Good community vibes. People looking out for each other. He’s always nice to my Dad and brother, it’s nice to hear nice things.”
