Dogs Deserve Better, a rescue team from Virginia found out something about a Pit Bull named Asher. His owners have kept poor Asher chained his entire life.
The most disturbing part is that the rope tightly bound around his neck had embedded into his skin. But this story is not about Asher’s abuse.
The rescuers from DDB assured that Asher’s owners were arrested for animal cruelty. Meanwhile they took the injured dog and tried to heal the big wound around his neck.
Even though he wasn’t in the best mental state, Asher surprised everyone with the love he was showing to the rescue team.
The following video was taken shortly after Asher was rescued. There is a rescue worker, who is on the telephone attending a conference call but Asher won’t leave her alone.
He jumps on her and wants to give her hugs and kisses. After being chain-free Asher wants to enjoy his freedom and say thank you to the people who helped him.
It is very heartwarming to see Asher so happy again. It is very clear to see that he has so much love to give. We really wish him the best !
