Meet Midas, The Adorable Four Eared Cat Who Was Rescued As A Baby

Meet Midas, an adorable cat, born with two sets of ears who is going viral online

Midas, a kitten with four ears who hails from Turkey already counts 19,300 followers on Instagram, having just created her account three weeks ago.

The four-eared four-month-old Russian Blue cat spends most of her time cuddling with the family’s two Labradors as well as playing and napping.

Not only do her ears make her unique looking, but she also has a white patch in the shape of a heart on her belly.

The cat's owner has been documenting how Midas is acclimating to life at home. The feline, pictured, used to be a stray

Midas’s Instagram has nearly 40k followers, and it was only created three weeks ago!

Her extra ears are due to a genetic mutation, but it doesn’t affect her health in any negative way.

Her mother was a stray who gave birth to Midas and six others in a garden who belonged to a friend of Canis, Midas’s human.

Just to make sure, Midas will undergo extra health checks from the vet to make sure there are no other genetic mutations in her body.

The cuddly pet, pictured, loves nothing more than to snuggle with its owner, her partner and the family dog Suzi

“She is a very playful cat. But very friendly as well,” said Canis. ” sleeps all day and is awake all night.”

“She loves to sleep on my chest or shoulder. She loves to play with yarns, (we have loads of them because of my business), she steals them and hides them somewhere we could never find.”
